I like the book very much, it is practical, easy to follow, simple and good for the gut ingredients. It is suitable also for kids. My kid already likes Veggie burger which is on repeat ! And i love cashew collagen balls and sweet potatoes quiche! I cannot wait to cook all the recipes!

This gut friendly book has really helped navigate around a strict gluten free diet and also help me explore substituting ingredients in other every day meals I make. With this book being gut-friendly, gluten-free and dairy-free, I was initally not sure what to expect from these recipes in the flavor department. However, I have been absolutely blown away by every one of Erin’s recipes I have tried (my favorites are her banana bread, turkey meatballs, breakfast cookies and the sweet potato quiche). Not only are they healthy and easy to make, but they are also delicious and have been on repeat ever since I bought the book. I am so impressed, this is the cookbook I end up using the most now! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

Love love love this book. I have made many recipes for our entire family and completely believe this is the way we should think about food. Recipes are easy to follow and easy to plan out for the week. I can’t wait for the next book!
