Rosemary Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Dairy free, Gluten free)
- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ⅓ cup milk or milk alternative
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- Cook sweet potatoes in the oven at 425 F for 30-60 minutes until they are soft.
- Scoop the flesh out the potatoe once they have cooled, discarding the skin.
- Mash or blend all the ingredients until desired consistency.
