Pumpkin Banana Muffins

Allergens: nuts, egg
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cashew meal
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup ground flax seed
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup butternut squash or pumpkin
- 1 cup dairy free mini chocolate chips
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix wet ingredients and then in a separate bowl mix dry ingredients
- Combine and then add in chocolate chips
- Scoop batter to fill the muffin tin half way and place 1/2 tbsp chocolate almond butter or peanut butter in the center. Then fill the rest of the tin with more batter
- Bake for 30 min and enjoy!
