Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seed butter or another option of nut butter (peanut, almond)
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 3⁄4 cup egg white protein powder ( I use Trader Joe’s brand)
- 1.5 cups oats
- Optional: chocolate chips, flaxseed, chia seeds, coconut flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl until combined and form into balls with your hands.
