Paleo Protein Muffins

These are paleo, gluten, dairy, nut , and soy free.
Great grab and go option but be sure to slather with Trader Joes creamy almond butter.
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe 🍌 bananas (1 firm green one and 1 yellow ripe one)
- 6 scoops @oriyaorganics protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Optional (fancy ): 1/4 cup coconut sugar and 1/2 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips, 1 tsp cinnamon (highly recommend).
Directions 🧭
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Peel banana and blend in blender or food processor.
- Pour batter into a bowl, add rest of ingredients.
- Pour batter into silicone muffin cups and bake for 25-30 minutes.
