Chicken Skewers

  • 2 packages of organic chicken tenders from trader joes
  • 1-2 garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme


  1. Mix all ingredients in a large plastic ziplock bag
  2. Place the chicken tenders in the marinade and let sit for at least 4 hours
  3. Preheat the oven to 350F or the grill to medium
  4. Take the tenders out and slide onto wooden skewers
  5. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 min or on the grill for 15-20 min
  6. Enjoy with a side of steamed edamame!
