Cashew Miso Sauce

(GF, DF)
This makes a great dressing for a salad or addition to a stir fry. I add it to everything!
Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups cashews
- 1 tbsp soy sauce or liquid aminos for GF version
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/8 tsp salt to taste
- 1/2 cup water (you may need more depending on your blender- I have a Vitamix)
Directions:
- Soak cashews in water for about 1 hour or overnight
- Drain cashews, then add them to a blender.
- Blend with all ingredients, adding more water as needed.
