Black Bean Avocado Brownies

Allergens: eggs, nuts
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 1 can Black Beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 1/2 large ripe avocado
- 1/3 cup coconut butter (or oil)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1.5 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Blend all wet ingredients in a blender or food processor
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl (except chocolate chips)
- Pour wet ingredients into the large bowl and combine with the dry ingredients and mix well
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Line an 8X11 baking pan with foil and coat with non-stick spray or oil
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 25-30 min or until a toothpick comes out clean!
It says black bean avocado but I don’t see avocado on the ingredient list.
