Banana Oat Brownies

Ingredients
- 2 cups quick cooking oats ground into flour in a blender
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 very large overripe bananas mashed
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- almond milk or any milk to thin batter (didn’t measure)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In separate bowls, mix wet ingredients and then dry ingredients
- Then combine and stir in chocolate chips
- Grease a 9×11 pan and bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
