Banana Oat Brownies


Allergens: nuts


  • 2 cups quick cooking oats ground into flour in a blender
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 very large overripe bananas mashed
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • almond milk or any milk to thin batter (didn’t measure)


  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In separate bowls, mix wet ingredients and then dry ingredients
  3. Then combine and stir in chocolate chips
  4. Grease a 9×11 pan and bake for 20-25 min or until a toothpick comes out clean
