About Me

Hello and welcome! My name is Erin Kenney and I am a Registered Dietitian living in the beautiful city of Boston.

I help individuals achieve their healthiest self through highly personalized food and nutrition coaching. With conflicting messages about health that are constantly flooding our daily lives, I am here to provide you with evidence-based tools to help you

I have a Master’s degree in nutrition science and I specialize in gastrointestinal disorders, sports nutrition, medicinal cannabis use. Growing up a full time athlete, fueling my body was always incredibly important. I understand the need to view food as fuel, but I also recognize the importance of the enjoyment that comes with it.

I am the author of Rewire Your Gut which is a cookbook and guide designed to help you heal leaky gut and reach your goals. I have a passion for making healthy food taste delicious without sacrificing precious time.

I firmly believe that food is medicine and will always reach for holistic remedies, as I have helped many clients heal with the power of food and herbal remedies. As a certified holistic cannabis practitioner, I educate my clients on the medicinal and therapeutic use of the cannabis plant.
